What if I need bloodwork or additional testing?
Labs can be sent to a LabCorp or other facility convenient to you. If you have insurance, it can be used at the testing facility. Please contact the facility directly to verify if your insurance is accepted.
How will I pay for services?
Insurance is not accepted. Payment is due prior to services rendered. A card must be kept on file using a secure credit card authorization form. Your payment method will be charged automatically before your visit.
Additionally, payment must be secured prior to weight loss medications being ordered by your provider. This charge will also process automatically after your visit in order to receive your medication.
How will I receive my weight loss medication?
Medication will be shipped directly to you by the pharmacy. All medication arrives within two business days in discrete packaging (injections are sent refrigerated and arrive overnight).
